Aside from the high cost, this textbook is extremely poorly written and poorly organized. I am surprised that this textbook has lasted 8 editions.

This is geared towards those wanting to take their RE license exam to become RE agents, although this is a great book for anyone wanting to learn the ins and outs of real estate. Terms are explained, the process for selling/buying, and some real estate history.

I am a new lender and this book has been very helpful when it comes to lending with real estate collateral. It is an interesting read and gives enough information to be knowledgable without over-burdening you with too much detail.
